1. The parties
These terms are between you (the individual or entity using Throughline) and the team operating Throughline (India). By signing in or connecting any source, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Throughline is a self-serve SaaS dashboard that unifies your marketing-to-revenue data across the tools you already use. Capabilities are described at trythroughline.ai and inside the app. Specific features may change during beta.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the entity you sign up for.
- You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure (Throughline uses Google OAuth).
- Don't share your account with others; create separate workspaces if needed.
4. Your data, your control
Everything you upload, connect, or generate inside Throughline is your data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under your direction. We do not sell it, share it outside the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, or use it to train models.
You can export, delete, or disconnect at any time. See the rights section of the privacy policy.
5. Source authorisation
When you connect a third-party source (Calendly, Mailchimp, etc.), you confirm that you're authorised to grant Throughline read access on behalf of the underlying account holder — your employer, your team, or yourself. You're responsible for ensuring that authorisation is valid.
Throughline requests read-only scopes wherever the upstream tool offers granular scope selection. The Connect Store drawer lists every scope we ask for, per source.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Throughline to ingest data you're not authorised to access.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without prior written consent (see our security disclosure process).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or model weights.
- Resell the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or contains personal data of people who haven't consented to its processing.
- Abuse the ingestion API to drive cost (rate limits apply).
7. Beta & availability
Throughline is currently in beta. That means: features will change, occasional bugs are expected, and we make no formal uptime SLA. We target >99% availability on a best-effort basis and will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
8. Fees
Beta access is free. We will introduce paid plans with at least 30 days notice. You'll be able to review and accept the new commercial terms before any charge.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Throughline is provided as is during beta, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of insights, or non-infringement. Insights are computed from the data your sources return; we don't guarantee they match the upstream UI to the decimal.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Throughline is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) US $50. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Throughline against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unauthorised use of a source you connected, or content you uploaded that infringes a third party's rights.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@trythroughline.ai; all tenant data is deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice unless the violation is egregious (e.g. active security abuse).
13. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date and notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in another forum where the other party operates.
15. Contact
